Meet Megan Burt
Megan Burt, MSW, MDiv is a social-impact strategist and executive leader with over 15 years of experience whose career has focused on strengthening systems serving people experiencing housing instability, homelessness, poverty, mental health, and other complex community challenges.
Her experience spans program development, homelessness prevention, housing stability, strategic planning, organizational leadership, cross-sector collaboration, and implementation of complex initiatives.
Throughout her career, Megan has worked at the intersection of policy and practice—helping translate funding opportunities, community priorities, and strategic goals into programs and systems that organizations can actually implement.
She has led and supported initiatives requiring coordination among local government, nonprofit service providers, healthcare partners, community organizations, and other stakeholders.
That experience shapes the BridgeWorks approach.
