BridgeWorks was founded by Megan Burt, MSW, MDiv, who brings more than two decades of experience working at the intersection of housing, homelessness, health, and human services. Throughout her career, Megan has worked across government, nonprofits, healthcare, philanthropy, community organizations, and housing systems to navigate complex challenges and move ideas from strategy to implementation.
That experience shapes the BridgeWorks approach: building trusted relationships, creating shared ownership, understanding the realities of implementation, and developing solutions that work for the organizations and communities putting them into practice.
